Moss Boyles has been providing exceptional service since 2012 with two office locations in Charlotte, NC and Charleston, SC, and an experienced staff of project managers, estimators and supervisors.
Moss Boyles Construction specializes in renovation/upfit construction for Class A office, retail, medical, flex, manufacturing, industrial and restaurant facilities. We can also handle any client’s ground-up construction project – or any size project. From moving a few walls to remodeling an entire building complex, Moss Boyles can do it all! Helping our clients with their every need is why we have such a long list of repeat customers.
Moss Boyles thrives in the warehouse setting. Most of our industrial projects involve large warehouse square footage that need lights, dock equipment, battery chargers and large electrical services. We work with all of the local power providers to install new transformers and large MDP’s as needed. Moss Boyles is also capable of including quality office space inside warehouses that could be used for Corporate Headquarters or Regional offices. We provide design-build services to all of our customers. This process reduces normal timelines and helps the customer start their business operations sooner. At Moss Boyles, we also help the developer and tenant choose finishes and equipment that will meet their timeline and ultimately help complete a quality project.
Medical Projects are similar to office projects but usually require more intricate cabinetry design, plumbing, finishes and planning. We can help the professional doctors and dentists with design, planning and permitting to help complete their project in the fastest timeline possible.
Most Interior Office Projects are influenced by doors, glass, flooring, ceilings, cabinets and lights. At Moss Boyles, we help facilitate these selections, procure quicker options and provide unmatched quality to every project. By using some of the same sub-contractors for over 10 years, we can decrease our timelines and increase our quality. Moss Boyles takes pride in taking care of small details including weekly updates, corridor protection, and job site meetings. These details help reduce cost and overall delays for the customer.
Jared has been with Moss Boyles since 2014. He worked for the Moss Boyles – Charleston branch from 2015 until 2020 until he and his family moved back to the Charlotte area. Jared is now the Operations Manager and has been a great asset to the team! Jared is a Construction Management graduate from East Carolina University, and in his free time he enjoys running, camping and spending time with his family and four year old!
Billy is a Project Manager here at Moss Boyles and he brings a plethora of experience to the table with him. Billy specializes in interior renovations for office, retail, medical and flex spaces. Billy graduated from North Carolina State University with a BA in Business in 1993. Billy started in the construction world as a Project Manager in 2008 – when he graced Moss Boyles as a Project Manager and Estimator in 2020. In his free time, Billy enjoys spending time with his family and travelling to the mountains.
Vicki joined the Moss Boyles Team in July of 2016 as Assistant Project Manager and has grown in her role over the years to managing the workload for two of our Project Managers. She has a degree in Secretarial Science from King’s College and decades of experience in customer service and sales. Vicki and her husband are proud parents to 7 grown children (2 of which are a son-in-love and a daughter-in love) and a precious grandson. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, making crafts and shopping. Vicki really enjoys the fast-paced environment of Moss Boyles, helping our team members and working with our clients to make every project a success!
Katie joined the Moss Boyles team in July 2021 as an administrative assistant and is now an Assistant Project Manager. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from NC State University and graduated with a Master of Science in Sport Management and Project Management from Western Carolina University in June of 2020. With most of her experience in the Professional Sports world, Katie enjoys the fast-paced and competitive work environment that commercial construction entails. Katie is also a Dance Instructor in Lincolnton, NC where she resides on a farm with her husband, Brandon, four dogs, and two goats!
